Return Policy
At Laurelle New York, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, it may occur that you wish to return a product. This document explains our return policy clearly.
Conditions for Returns
• You may only request a return after physically receiving the item
• Return costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping costs
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached
• Trying on is allowed, wearing is not permitted
• Ordering multiple sizes with the intention to return part of the order is not allowed
Return Process
- Register your return via info@laurelle-newyork.com within 30 days of receiving the item
- You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China)
- You must return the item entirely at your own expense, including any customs or shipping costs
- We always recommend using a track and trace shipping method
Refund
After the item is received at the return address and approved in acceptable condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 30 days via the original payment method.
Liability
• We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows that the parcel was delivered to the address provided by the customer
• If an incorrect address was provided, this is the responsibility of the customer
• Errors in the address must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order
Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed.
Our team begins processing orders quickly, often within a few hours. Because of this, we recommend submitting any cancellation requests as soon as possible after placing your order.
Once an order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may refer to our return policy.
